I purchased the large black custom humidor on August 16th 2024, and I have not received my item or heard back from anyone in this company in almost a month. The money was taking from my bank account and I’ve emailed, called, texted, and left a message on instagram several times and still nothing. I received 3 bogus pre-shipment notifications and not one shipment has left from your company. I have filed a dispute with my bank to get my money back and I still have not received the item or my refund. Today is September 7th and not one phone call or returned email.
