This review is way overdue, but I cannot over-stress how incredible this product is. Absolutely exquisite. I was the reviled nagging customer, constantly contacting the seller with questions and concerns. Not to fear, I received only prompt and respectful responses, each one professionally answered. Upon arrival, the engraving I had custom ordered was even more beautiful than I'd imagined. Tbh, I'm not sure who loves it more - me or the hubs :) One note of advice, don't be a ***** like I was. The hygrometer needs to be calibrated (read the directions) and the humidor needs to be seasoned (again, read the directions). The hygrometer pops out for just this purpose, so these two steps can be completed consecutively. Overall, 10/10 would recommend. I'm so excited to begin amassing our - I mean, his - collection of cigars ;)
The large humidor box is beautiful and a great quality. Highly recommend it. Also, the company responds very quickly to questions.
